Profile:
Richard Catalano, Founder and President of Catalano’s Construction, Inc., is currently responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential and commercial divisions of Catalano's Construction Inc. He founded the company in 1988 as a residential home improvement organization and has since grown the firm to its current status. In January of 2000, Catalano's Construction, Inc. was spun from its parent organization, Catalano’s Home Improvements, and a new marketing strategy under the guidance of Mr. Catalano was born. At that time, new home construction, modular home installation, and commercial work became the focus of the organization.
Richard also travels once a year to Tanzania in an effort to build orphanages and distribute food and health supplies to indigenous tribesmen for a private, non-profit organization of which he is a board member.
Richard’s prior experience with Union Local 595, of Boston, Massachusetts, from 1985-1987 equipped him with the managerial skills needed to found the former company and grow it to the current corporation.
Richard’s prior achievements and awards include the following: multiple OSHA approved safety training and certification courses, Businessman of the Year Award from the National Republican Office, noted in the 2001 and 2003 Who’s Who in Business publication, and he is a member of the Better Business Bureau.
