Michael is responsible to ensure that all carpentry is of utmost quality on each job. He is certified in multiple OSHA safety training courses. With this certification, he is responsible to enforce all safety precautions on the jobsite. Michael is responsible for material inventory, material ordering, tool inventory, personnel management, subcontractor oversight, controlled scheduling of critical path items, and all other superintendent duties.

Michael is an active participant in a non-profit organization that focuses on providing housing for orphanages in Tanzania, Africa. He has dedicated personal time, labor, travel, and finances for this organization in Tanzania, Africa.

Michael is a volunteer counselor for a non-profit children’s summer camp in Virginia. He dedicates one week a year to the camp, which enables him to enhance his leadership and communication skills.
