Education:
Prior to working at Catalano's Construction, Inc., Michael studied at the University of Maine, Orono. Michael discontinued college to work at Catalano’s Construction, Inc. full time.
Professional Experience:
Michael is currently a superintendent for commercial and residential projects. He is also an integral part of implementing policies, systems, and procedures for the corporation. Michael is also very active in long-term planning and goal setting for the organization. Notable projects include:

Profile:
Michael is responsible to insure that all carpentry is of utmost quality on each job. He is certified in multiple OSHA safety-training courses. With this certification, he is responsible to enforce all safety precautions on the jobsite. Michael is not only in charge of overseeing jobsite production, but he is also responsible for on-the-job supervision of all personnel and subcontractors employed by Catalano’s. Michael is also responsible for material inventory, material ordering, tool inventory, scheduling, and basic superintendent duties.
Michael is an active participant in a non-profit organization that focuses on providing housing for orphanages in Tanzania, Africa. He has dedicated personal time, labor, travel, and finances for this organization in Tanzania, Africa.
