Education:

Averyl’s educational background is in Psychology. In 2002 she graduated from the University of Southern Maine, Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Psychology.

In 2003 she graduated with a M.A. degree in Psychology from Boston University, Cum Laude.

Averyl is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in the State of Maine.

Averyl is also a certified personal trainer with American Fitness and Aerobics Association.

Professional Experience:

While studying at Boston University she worked on a research project under the guidance of her graduate mentor in conjunction with Harvard University.

Also while studying at Boston University, she worked under the guidance of Dr. Sarah Mattis as a research assistant in the Center for Anxiety Related Disorders, Dr. David Barlow’s fully funded lab.

During her undergraduate training Averyl worked as a paid research assistant for Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine and the community mental health outreach program for dually diagnosed individuals.

During her tenure with Catalano's Construction, Inc, Averyl has overseen the land acquisition transactions, development of real estate, and all company real estate transactions.

Profile:

Averyl is currently the office manager and corporate treasurer. Averyl has been with the company since it’s inception and has played various roles in the continued growth. Since 1995, Averyl has acted as office manager both full and part time. Her major role within the corporation is to oversee all financial interests including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, creating annual budgets, tax preparation, financial investments, job cost analysis, payroll, managing employee benefits/insurances, and tracking overhead costs. Not only has Averyl worked as a project manager on several projects, but also she is also intimately involved in the bidding process. Averyl gained invaluable experience in the summer of 2003 acting as the General Sales Manager. Due to her experience as office manager, Averyl re-assumed her position as office manager in January 2004. Averyl has implemented policies and procedures from the inception of the corporation that have enabled the company to grow exponentially.
