Owls Head Cottage

This home site overlooks a sweeping view of Rockland Lighthouse and surrounding harbors. The project entailed adding a sizable addition to an existing cape style cottage. The addition sits on a 45-degree angle, which showcases master craftsmanship in structural details. A retaining wall had to be installed to secure the landscape due to steep grade in the topography. The addition included many fine details including a master bedroom and bathroom suite, kitchen moldings, custom cabinets, hardwood flooring, and custom built-ins.
