This home was custom designed by Catalano’s Construction, Inc. in conjunction with the owner. The home overlooks Chickawauki Lake in Rockland. This home is a two-story colonial with an attached two-car garage and a full basement. This home features radiant heating and pine floors throughout. The focal point of the living room is a custom built mantle, gas fireplace, and custom built shelving, which all adorn the southern wall.
