This cottage style home was constructed on a steep ocean site that boasts panoramic views of Penobscot Bay Harbor. The design displays many architectural details both in the exterior and interior finishes. Multi-level decks with customized rail systems and grand columns were installed enhancing linear cohesiveness. A complete standing seam metal roof was installed incorporating functionality and curb appeal. The cottage design translates the unobstructed view of the harbor into all three floors of living space. An open floor concept adds to the modernization of this classic design. Custom millwork, mantles, built-ins and staircases are integral details not overlooked. A granite block retaining wall system was installed around the house to ensure both proper drainage and eliminate soil corrosion while blending into the natural landscape of the site.
