This home went under extensive renovations and a complete make over to most major elements of the property. The home pre-dated the 1970’s and was functionally obsolete. Entire re-working of the floor plan took place and everything was stripped to the studs. New wall framing, sheetrock, insulation, windows, painting, flooring, electrical, were replaced. A customized kitchen with hardwood and granite counters was installed. A custom fire place with locally quarried granite and built in bookcase were added features to the living room space.
