Town of Whitefield Fire and Rescue Station construction is well underway
A three aparatus bay 48 by 60 foot building, with a 52 by 40 foot office training wing is currently being constructed next to the Town Office building. The project is funded in part by Maine Municipal Bond Bank and the Town of Whitefield. Building committee member Erick Ekholm, and Selectmen Frank Ober and Steve McCormick have been a contributing factor in making the project move forward with quick responses and effective input for the Town.
