Location: Old Eddy School, Edgecomb, ME Architect: Theodore & Theodore Architects, Wiscasset Owner: Eldercare Network of Lincoln County Description: This former school was gutted and turned into an elder care facility. Special care was taken to preserve several original features in the building such as chalkboards, staircase elements, and skylights. The building now features modern mechanical systems, a lift, and complex structural replacement and support systems.
