Project Synopsis
Location: Route 137, Waldo, Maine

Catalano’s Construction, Inc won a competitive bid to renovate interior classrooms and construct two large additions on both ends of the existing school. A new commercial grade kitchen with epoxy flooring was installed for the culinary arts program. New ADA bathrooms, a student center, cafeteria, and additional classrooms were added to the renovation. Three custom vestibules were added to give the addition architectural detail. Industrial grade doors and hardware were installed throughout. A new HVAC system, walk in refrigeration units, plumbing, and electrical systems were integral parts of the construction.
