Design: CWS Architects, Portland, ME
This project was funded through the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development and includes upgrades to an occupied 12 unit residence. Work includes cosmetic site improvements such as paving, new vinyl siding, new aluminum fascias, and exterior doors. Structural modifications include re-work to the existing first floor system. Additional scope of work includes new concrete steps and limited plumbing and electrical upgrades.
