This historical 4-story brick building was renovated with great care to keep the structural integrity and aesthetics intact. A restaurant was fully restored on the first floor and included a new commercial kitchen system as well as custom craftsman built wood doors, surround sound and upgraded finishes.
The second, third, and fourth floor condominium units were updated to include modern kitchens, period trim and molding replications, fireplace surrounds, modern bathrooms, and new elevator access, including security and fire protection for all units.
