Maritime Farms

Catalano’s Construction, Inc., entered into a negotiated contract with the owner to build a new retail space. This building has two custom over sized walk in coolers, a commercial grade kitchen with a deli and prep area, custom tile, HVAC system and ADA accessibility. This project was particularly challenging in that the original store was kept open through the duration of construction. Once the new building was in place, within 2 days, the pre-existing building was demolished, removed from the site, and all utilities connected to the new structure. The new structure also includes a custom cupola centered on the roofline adding visual interest.
