Eddy School Renovations

This former school was renovated and turned into a congregate living facility. Special care was taken to preserve original features in this historic landmark building such as chalkboards, staircase elements, and original structural components. The building now features modern mechanical systems, an elevator lift, and complex structural replacement. The project was completed with financing provided by both Maine State Housing (MSHA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
