United States Coast Guard Housing Development

Seven homes were simultaneously constructed for the U.S. Coast Guard. Catalano's undertook the project developing the land into a comprehensive neighborhood. The homes were designed in-house using a CAD specific program, and specifications were determined in conjunction with the U.S. Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit, Providence, Rhode Island. The homes feature modern amenities, energy efficient materials, public water, public sewer, and a paved, lit sidewalk.
