This three-unit structure is the host site for a newly constructed Dunkin Donuts. The building was constructed using the fast track approach which allowed the Owner to open the Dunkin Donut store on time and in budget. The building hosts two other units, which are roughed in and ready for finishes. The contractor adhered to all corporate Dunkin Donut specifications throughout the store including finishes, wall accessories, kitchen equipment, coffee equipment, drive-through access window, and various related components. Exterior components were designed to give the building some character and visual appeal such as adding a 4-foot brick veneer, cupolas, clapboard siding, and wide exterior trim details.
