Rankin Center Renovations
Over 200 windows were replaced in a historical housing unit for the Summer Street Housing Preservation. This project was funded through Maine State Housing Authority. Catalano's Construction, Inc. had to replace all interior windows and complete the sill work while the building was occupied which presented challenges the firm was well equipped to handle. The front façade of the brick structure hosts a highly trafficked, well-known café. The contractor had to re-build the four storefront bays while preserving the historical integrity of the wood frame around the windows.
