Nash Building Renovations

This project consisted of modification to the exterior stair way and rebuilding of the porch roof. Interior renovations to bathrooms included upgrading fixtures and layouts to meet ADA standards. Cutting, patching, and some masonry re-pointing and flashing were required. A custom steel handrail was installed on the exterior entry way to meet ADA entry standards. The exterior steps were formed concrete with brick tiles placed in the treads.
