Lincolnville Fire Station
A 73’ x 122’ firehouse was constructed on a field site owned by the Town of Lincolnville. Structural steel was used in conjunction with a conventional wood frame. A radiant heated slab on grade with concrete frost walls and cement board siding were utilized on this project. Steel liner panels were installed in the apparatus bays for easy maintenance and wear and tear. The excavation work included a retention pond for site and storm water drainage. The bright red façade lends the firehouse an old-world feel with modern amenities.
