Kennebec Valley Community College - Student Center

Kennebec Valley Community College awarded this contract with a 90 day completion date which was met. The contract included fitting out a 5,000 square foot space complete with metal stud partitions, gypsum board walls, acoustical ceilings, metal security grill, fire protection and detection systems, metal door frames with security hardware and entry card readers, curved ceiling soffit’s, custom made curved entry desk, with counter top, heating, ventilation, and air condition systems tied into the existing College systems, and electrical, phone and data systems capable of managing multiple services in the highly trafficked student services center. This project was in part funded with the State of Maine Bureau of General Services.
