Damariscotta Montessori School
This project included an expansion of the existing facility. Two new classrooms, a kitchen, and increased floor space for an existing classroom are included. Priorities of the design include energy efficient lighting, and building technologies that are environmentally friendly such as natural lighting, fresh air ventilation system, heat recovery for all classrooms, radiant floor heating, and high performance insulation and siding. The exterior features maintenance free siding and trim.
